Book a Librarian

The Book-a-Librarian service is no longer available in 2025 due to staffing shortages and budget cuts. 

As of April 2025, we have paused our service to provide one-on-one appointments with a librarian. 

Depending on staff availability, we can assist you from the reference desks as needed with topics such as:

  • Using our digital resources
  • Research questions
  • Job-searching questions
  • General tech assistance

Reference librarians remain available to answer your questions by email or phone. Email libref@everettwa.gov and a librarian will get back to you during library business hours Tuesday-Saturday. Or call the Main Library reference desk (425) 257-8000 or the Evergreen Branch reference desk (425) 257-8250
