  2. The December 14 Lawyers in the Library Clinic, 4-6 p.m. at the Evergreen Branch Library, 9512 Evergreen Way, is FULL. Limited walk-in spots will be available the day of the event. Please complete this form to sign up for the waitlist.

    To participate in this free clinic, you must be eligible for services. Eligibility requirements include (but are not limited to):

    • You must be a Snohomish County resident
    • You must be low-income (at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for household size, regardless of income source). 

    Note: Services are provided regardless of citizenship or immigration status. 

    Please answer the three pre-screening questions below to help determine eligibility. This information will be kept confidential and used only to verify eligibility to participate in the clinic and receive free legal aid services from Snohomish County Legal Services (SCLS). If you are not eligible, library staff will contact you to provide other resources.
