Fall Gardening Saturday Series: Seed Saving (Main Library)
Saturday, September 24, 2022
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM
Join Snohomish County Master Gardeners to learn fall gardening tips! Every other Saturday at 2 p.m. beginning August 13. This is our last event in the Fall Gardening Saturday Series.
On Saturday, September 24, at the Main Library, Master Gardener Lynn will give us an end-of-season lesson on how to save seeds to plant or share next year.
NOTE: These programs may move online if COVID metrics are high. Please register to be notified of event changes at crowdcast.io/e/gardening.
This is an Everett Public Library Un-Bee-Leaf-Able Seed Library event.
The Un-Bee-Leaf-Able Seed Library will encourage a community culture of embracing biodiversity and sustainability through sharing seed, cultivating food and flowers, and harvesting and preserving food in local gardens.?
The Seed Library will collect donated seeds, sort and curate them, and make them available to gardeners at no cost. Recipients will be encouraged (but not required) to save seeds from the resulting crop to share back with other gardeners and the Un-Bee-Leaf-able Seed Library.
