Reference librarians are happy to help you find the answers to questions, whether simple or complex, locate a good book, or use our online databases. you may take advantage of this service in person, by phone 425-257-8000, or by email.

We try to respond to email questions within 24 hours; however, weekends and holidays may cause delays.

Please include as many details as possible in your email. It would help us to know where else you have looked and if you are a student, what grade you are in.

If you do not receive an email response in a reasonable amount of time, follow up with us by phone.
