a friend, or a family member.

Prepare a short statement about why the
poem has meaning to you.

Each reader is allowed 5 minutes to read
both statement and poem. If the poem is longer than 5
minutes, read an excerpt.

Sign-up in advance to participate.

Arrive at the library by 6:30 to sign-in.
How to sign-up

Email your name and the title and author
of your poem to
libref@ci.everett.wa.us or call 425-257-8013. Be
sure to provide contact information.

Space is limited, and we will only be
able to sign up the first 40 people. If time permits, we
will allow those in the audience to read their favorite
poem.
